The original log cabin, built in 1880, offers a living room with luxurious draperies framing a luminious view of the mountains. One block from free town shuttle and just steps from Elk Avenue. Relax by the gas log stove on a new suede sofa (queen sleeper) as you are surrounded by antiques, original vintage oil paintings, and a cherry wood floor. Enjoy all the modern comforts such as a 27" Cable TV, DVD/VHS player, and CD Stereo as well as a library of books and games in this cozy log cabin.
The rustic loft overlooks the log beam vaulted ceiling of the living room with great views of the mountains. This cozy loft with pine floors, futon sofa, antique chest and game table and chairs is a great getaway area as well as a sitting room for the upstairs bedroom.
Relax in your own spa--the main floor’s full bath has a large steam shower with double shower heads and seating--to help you wind down after a day full of activities.
The kitchen is equipped with all new top-of-the-line appliances, such as a large side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, super quiet dishwasher, microwave, extra large stove and oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. A complete set of dinnerware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. are there to make your stay effortless. Enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains as you prepare your meals. Pine floors are in the kitchen and loft.
RUSTIC RENAISSANCE MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The master bedroom suite offers rustic elegance and romance with a king size hand-crafted iron bed, new private bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, and your own cable TV. The luxurious linens as well as a Dupioni Silk duvet covering a goose-down comforter offer extravagant splendor in a rustic mountain cabin.
THE ALPINE ROOM
The upstairs "Alpine Room" has two twin beds covered in suede duvet covers over goose-down comforters. The antique armoire and bureau add charm. You will feel you are in a cozy attic room in the Alps as you overlook "the Matterhorn of the Rockies".
With 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room and Loft with a Full Size Futon, The Baden Haus can accommodate 4-6 people comfortably.
The garden has a covered table and chairs perfect for relaxing. Off-street parking. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. No smoking. No Pets.
